Complete the IPS (Identity and Passport service) application form. This can be obtained from most major post office locations. The passport renewal application form takes about 40 minutes to complete. Please ensure you complete this honestly and accurately. When writing your signature, please also ensure
Obtain your old passport, 2 passport size photographs and any supporting information that maybe required, e.g. for minors/under 16 year olds.
Send all items to us via courier, special delivery or hand deliver. We do a check on your passport application for a same day urgent application, and submit to the passport office in Victoria.
As soon as it is ready, you can come and collect the new passport. In order to use our same day service, please proceed by selecting whether you wish to have a same day second passport service, or a same day passport renewal service.
Important Note- Read before continuing: Please note that we are not the government passport office and we cannot and do not provide appointments for you to visit the office, track any application made to the IPS office, provide any answers or queries you have that you wish to discuss with them.
